These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999ba ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gambling platform accessible at https://999ba.bet and its associated mobile and web applications (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. It is your sole responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. The Company will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes by email, but this notification obligation is provided as a courtesy and does not affect the legal standing of any revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English language version shall be the governing and controlling version in the event of any dispute. Any translations provided are for convenience only and shall not be used in the interpretation of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person, at any time, and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, or regulatory requirements. Such refusal does not obligate the Company to provide any explanation or justification to the affected party, except where required by applicable law.

Use of the 999ba Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 999ba does not permit gambling by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a player on behalf of another person's funds without that person's knowledge.
• You do not hold an employment position with 999ba or with any game studio, software provider, or data partner that supplies products to 999ba, where access to non-public information could confer an unfair advantage.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 999ba or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

999ba employs age-verification procedures during the account registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age-verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method wherever technically possible.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 999ba Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999ba will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 999ba support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999ba reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered player at any time through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process may require the submission of one or more of the following documents: a scanned copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and a screenshot or confirmation of your registered payment method. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 999ba are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your 999ba account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during operational hours. Withdrawals via Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to 72 hours depending on the payment provider's processing schedule. 999ba does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals, but third-party network fees may apply.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to the availability of the method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can form part of a withdrawal.
• 999ba reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your own name are strictly prohibited.

If a deposit is made in error, or you wish to request a refund of an unplayed deposit, please contact support within 24 hours of the transaction. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

999ba offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific promotional terms communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of bets that must be placed before the bonus amount — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page. As a general guide, 999ba bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the active bonus specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 999ba reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend the terms of live promotions with reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, wagering on high-RTP games exclusively to clear a bonus, or collusion between multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Bonuses that have not been used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire automatically and will be removed from the player's account without compensation. Expired bonus amounts are not recoverable.

All bets placed on the 999ba Platform are subject to the individual game rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting. Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled in accordance with official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic BPL matches). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the governing body, 999ba will apply its standard void-bet policy, returning stakes to the player's account where applicable.

Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on 999ba are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently certified and regularly audited by third-party testing organisations. 999ba does not influence or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the respective game information panels.

• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and market are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without notice.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform cannot be reversed or cancelled by the player, except in specific circumstances described within the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game session, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed during that round returned. This decision is at the sole discretion of 999ba.
• 999ba is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's internet connection failure or device malfunction during a game session.

Live Dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified studios are governed by both these Terms and the operational rules of the respective studio. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the studio's game log and server data shall be the definitive record.

As a registered player on the 999ba Platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. 999ba has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing of non-public information — is prohibited.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any program designed to interact with the Platform without human direction is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with 999ba support is a breach of these Terms. Any account associated with an unresolved chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or payment credentials is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with 999ba support staff or through any other Platform feature is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

999ba reserves the right to monitor all player activity on the Platform for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory adherence. All monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their 999ba account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 999ba will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds.

999ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period after a request has been issued.
• Detected or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Court orders, regulatory instructions, or other legal obligations requiring account restriction.
• Confirmed underage gambling or use of a false identity during registration.
• Player's own request under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed by 999ba due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse — the Company reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. The player will be notified of the closure and the grounds for any withholding. Disputes regarding account closures may be raised by contacting support within 30 days of the closure notice.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme may not re-register a new account until the self-exclusion period has formally expired and a cooling-off review has been conducted. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different name or payment method will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
